The new Cricket Australia Sport & Business Program, powered by SEDA, is designed to give year 12 graduates the opportunity to study in a practical, hands-on learning environment, and gain real experience in the sports industry working alongside Cricket Australia.
Cricket Australia is proud to partner with SEDA Group (SEDA) to launch the new one-year dual Diploma program in sport and business!
The program develops skills and knowledge such as sponsorship and fundraising, project and event management, talent identification, social media and marketing. Students will connect and learn from sports industry experts, coaches and elite athletes. They will also gain insight into the business elements involved in running a large sporting organisation.
Students will have the opportunity to study a curriculum matched to their interests, complete a practical placement, run projects, and participate in cricket specific high-performance activities, designed to further develop their skills and experience.
Applications are now open for 2021. Places are limited so interested students are encouraged to apply in order to secure their position.
