Lords Taverners players Dan Skipworth and Pranshu Dave have recently been selected by their school Brisbane State High to be ambassadors for a charity they are involved in called ‘Grassroots Cricket’. The program is set to use cricket as a way of vulnerable people and communities in Zimbabwe, this is very special to Dan in particular being of Zimbabwean heritage. Its great too see two young men representing our club, their school and themselves so well. The boys were congratulated by wests old boy and test legend Carl Rackemann. Great work young men!
