Wests have secured a place in the Grand Final against Sandgate-Redcliffe after a win over UQ on the 2nd March.
Wests Cordelia Griffith was a star with 85 runs off 80 balls including eight 4’s and 2 big 6’s.
Trinity Doyle supported Griffith with a solid 24 and Sonter followed with 29. Once Griffith was dismissed Trevethan added 22 along with Storrs with 14 finishing the innings 7/213 from 50 overs.
With UQ at the crease Aya Stafford ripped in taking 4/27. Ruby Strange followed with 2/29 before Trevethan finished things off 2/0. UQ all out for 95.
Hopefully fields will dry out in time for the show down between here 2 mighty teams.
