Stage 2/3 Wests Ospreys vs Wests Eagles
Last Friday the West’s Ospreys played the West’s Eagles in the Chelmer Girls Cricket Challenge T20 game. It was a challenging game but the Ospreys took some risky runs in the last over and won the game by 1 run!
The Eagles batted first and made a healthy 1/90, and the Ospreys took out the game making 2/91 in reply.
The Ospreys top scorer for the game was Sofia Nearhos with 29 off 29 not out and our leading wicket taker was Holly Walker with 1 for 15 off 3.
Emma Lockwood top scored for the Eagles with 20 runs off 20 balls and Penny Munday displayed great control to restrict the Ospreys to 0/10 off her 3 overs.
