Wests faced a strong Norths outfit at home and went down by six-wickets. Wests batted first and a number of batsmen got a start but none were able to go on with it. Wests were bowled out for 161 in the 46th over. Best batting was Sami Walsh (31) and Toby Matthews (28).
After two early wickets, the Norths lads got on top and dominated the Wests attack, winning in under 40 overs. Best bowling was Michael Harper with 2 for 39 (8 overs).
Wests are hoping to keep their finals hopes alive by winning their final three games of the season.
